His main goal is to take China back from Japan, but the most thing that he hates is the western colonization. So guess what's going to happen?... He tries to get revenge on them. The first country is Russia. The reason why he chooses this country because it have the most resources for the Manchurian.
He wants his people to have more land and resource to live. He wants his people to a better life in the future of the Great Qing.
Unfortunately the Allies won the WW2 and guarantee the independence of China, which make it more difficult to achieve his goal.
But, he has a great idea to handle this situation. He decides to break the Allies's relationship by converting the Great Britain into communism and it works successfully. Then he started takeover them one by one including China, which is his main goal.
He has achieved his goal, but that isn't enough for him. He wants to take over the world and become the ruler of this planet. He decides to war with all countries which live independently into his control.
The biggest threat is the USA, but he didn't fear because he have surrounded them from every direction and ready to finish them.
He finished them very quickly because the USA are very weak when compared with this gigantic empire.
Finally, they surrendered. Now, he decided to annex all of his puppets (Spain and Japan) to unite this planet into a single empire.
